We offer a range of group exercise classes and we’re constantly looking for feedback on what our next class should be. We update our classes regularly so please check back in. Our current class offerings and schedule are Pilates/Yoga Class, Cardio Kick Boxing, Body Sculpting, Pilates, and Step Class.

We have a lot of equipment tailored to meet your individual needs and offer recommended circuits if you’re looking to keep your workout simple but effective. Our equipment is the best available and is both safe and easy to use. Our staff would be very happy to give you a tour of our equipment.
Three times around our 18 station circuit will take 30 minutes and with a sustained heart rate you’ll notice results quick. This well balanced circuit training will work your entire body while having fun socializing with other women. Give this circuit a try sometime, especially if you don’t have a lot of time to complete your normal workout routine.
If you’re looking for something more, try adding 30 minutes of cardio before or after your workout. In addition, supplementing group classes and/or strength training on the other equipment, you’ll never plateau or run out of options.
